Whats the difference ( Car wash vs Detail )
Car washes are focused on removing the surface dirt on a vehicle. A detail goes a lot deeper, cleaning, restoring, and protecting your car's paint, wheels, and the interior. Compare the difference to brushing your teeth and getting full dental deep cleaning.
Do I need to be home for a Mobile Detail ?
Not at all! The luxury of booking a mobile detailer is that you can take a break and handle your own things while we work, just make it possible to access the vehicle. You can leave the keys with a trusted individual or in your own secured area, at the location chosen. ( Home, work etc.)
We love to greet and see our clients whenever possible but understand how busy we all can get at times. Not to worry your vehicle will still receive excellent care.
Don't you need my water hose ? or Electricity
Not at all! Stress-free service comes with a commitment that we bring everything we need! We bring our own Deionized spot-free water to clean your cars paint, and Provide our own electricity using using a quiet generator. We have our own powertools, vacuum, polishers, and a plethura of items we use to make your car look brand new!
What is Deionized water ?
Also called (DI water) is water thats been purified to remove all minerals, salts and impurities. It's especially important in Auto Detailing as it doesn't leave those harsh, pesky, water spots on your paint or glass when it dries.
If you do already have some water spots, we also have a service as well as in our packages that removes them.
Do you offer paint correction or ceramic coating?
Yes, we offer multi stage paint corrections for swirl removal and shine restoration. We provide everything from paint sealants, to ceramic coatings providing an extra shield of protection for years to come.
What if I just want a basic wash ?
Our most basic package we offer is the exterior detail, which can be as low as $55 during holidays and specials for a deep wheel clean, exterior foam and hand wash, of the outside of the vehicle.
Regularly starting at $70 for most vehicles a basic wash is something to test out, but not as great of a deal as our "Clay & Seal" or Maintenance wash packages and program.
What is a Clay and Seal ?
A two-step automotive detailing process designed to deeply clean and protect vehicle paint.
Do you have cancellation or reschedule policies ?
Yes. We ask for atleast 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may result in a small fee to cover travel or prep costs.
What forms of payment do you accept ?
We accept cash credit/debit, Zell, Apple Pay, and some mobile payment apps.
( Venmo , Cashapp )
Payment is due at end of service.
Deposit required at booking.
Do you offer memberships or loyalty discounts
Yes! We offer biweekly, monthly and quarterly packages. Returning customer discounts are counted as well as receiving a stamp card on the first detail. Other perks include holiday specials our online social media community perks and giveaways, only viewable by following us @seashoredetails.
How long does a detail take ?
The approximate detail time is listed in the details fo each package and or add-on service. However when you book you will receive a more accurate estimate of time based on your location, car car size, services chosen, and amount of workers doing the job.
Do you clean pet hair, stains, sand, or smoke odor ?
Yes, however those are considered heavily soiled add-ons and may cost a bit more depending on the severity.
Some higher package like the SSDeluxe will include these services, but in some heavy cases it may be a different amount of manpower needed, time, and a bit higher of a price.
